Unfortunately, at Lunar & Co, we do not offer full refunds on orders placed after 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is placed, and you are within the 24-hour window for allowed refunds, please contact our support team at: lunarnco@yahoo.com.

We want your experience at Lunar & Co to be celestial. If you are experiencing anything less, please reach out to our support team at lunarnco@yahoo.com so that we may begin your return/exchange inquiry. Proof of discontent may be requested. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you may be asked to show proof of damage or defect on item purchased within 24 hours of received item that is confirmed by USPS tracking. Unfortunately, this policy does not apply to free samples and fragrances that are well out of your preferred fragrance zone as this is why we offer our sample package.
